Most of the ingredients are produced at Ramme Farm, which is an integral part of the entire Ramme area. Even for the ingredients that cannot be locally sourced, we ensure that they are locally produced. Our Debio Silver certification means that 50% of all our dishes are made from organic ingredients. Meat and fish are important elements of a healthy and balanced diet, although they may not necessarily be the main ingredients.
